Cognac Boots:Look 2

Okay ladies I just can't get enough of these

knee high cognac boots.

Plus they are so comfortable.

Ever since I got them for Christmas I seem to
work them into every outfit.

I can dress them up or wear them casual.
If you missed last weeks post check out how I styled

This look is more of an everyday mommy outfit for me.

This is the infinity scarf that I picked up online during

all the Black Friday sales.

I love the combination of neon green with tan.

This Steve Madden cross body bag is one

of two bags that I was given by a friend at church when

she decided to get rid of some of her old purses.

I love when that happens, especially when

it is practically brand new.

The rust color goes perfectly with the gold details.

This is another piece you will be seeing more often.

Purple Ombre Poncho

I am starting to love the look of throwing a belt
over a poncho or a blanket scarf.

This is a poncho that I was gifted over ten years ago.
It was packed away with some of my old clothes.

I remembered how much I loved wearing it and
plus it's in my favorite color purple, so I pulled it out again.

This time I'm wearing it a little different from how I used to wear it.

Now I decided to wear it all pulled in with a brown belt,
to match with my new Christmas boots from my hubby.

I was so excited when I found these Jennifer Lopez boots
on sale from around $109 to $35 at Kohl's.
I told my hubby I found what I wanted for Christmas.

They were exactly what I was looking for with the wedge heel,
the cognac color, and I loved the gold zipper up the back.

When I borrowed this statement necklace from my mom

I thought it was very unique looking.

It has a lot going on with the green stones,

the tortoise beads, the brown links, and the rhinestones,

but somehow it all comes together.

I think it brought the outfit together.

Last week we took a break to celebrate Christmas
with our families, so this weeks Top Two picks were our
favorites from the linkup two weeks ago.

First we chose Angie who shared a chic layered look.

She is wearing a black top with lace detailing over a
classic white button up.

It goes perfectly with her black velvet blazer and
grey ankle length pants.

Her colorful flower necklace is a statement piece that
draws all the attention.

Our next pick is Heather who is wearing all black on top
with a black shirt, jacket, and a chunky knit scarf.

Heather's red pants add a pop of color.

Red and black always go so well with animal print.
She is wearing leopard print booties and a clutch.
